• Opening hours from 08:00, earlier collections can be arranged with pre-booking.
• Dublin and surrounding counties for account customers, collections typically within 30 minutes of booking.
• All other locations, pre-book your preferred time and day for a specific collection slot.
• Standard business hours, collections and deliveries available up to 18:30.
• Evenings and weekends available when pre-booked.
• If we cannot meet a requested deadline, we call you immediately with alternative solutions.
• Clear instructions and packaging are essential for speed and safety.

Dublin, City and County, plus surrounding counties

For account customers, we aim to collect within a maximum of 30 minutes across Dublin and neighbouring counties.
This suits urgent parts, legal documents, tenders, and high-value retail items that cannot miss a window.

Tip: Add clear delivery notes, contact name and phone, floor or door codes, and access or parking details at booking to avoid delays.

Cork

We operate scheduled, pre-booked collection slots throughout the day. If your delivery is time-critical, choose the earliest slot and include access details so the driver can load and go.

Galway

Choose a pre-booked collection window and we align the route for fastest arrival. For same-day moves to Dublin, Limerick, and the Midlands, pre-morning bookings help secure the most direct routing.

Pro tip: Package sensitive items well and flag any temperature or orientation requirements.

Limerick

Time-certain collections are available with pre-booking. If you are feeding a production line or planning a same-day return to a supplier, note any goods-in cut-offs so we can match the route.

Waterford

Book a specific collection time and we plan the drive time to your destination. For urgent hops to Cork or Dublin, earlier bookings widen the routing options.

Regional and nationwide

Outside major metros, pre-booked collections ensure driver availability aligned to your exact pick-up time across Wexford, Kilkenny, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, and beyond.

Urgent same-day, what to expect

• Rapid dispatch: In Dublin and nearby counties, account customers can expect a driver within 30 minutes during opening hours.
• Direct drive: No cross docking, your goods go point to point.
• Live updates: If traffic or access impacts your ETA, we communicate and agree the best option.
• Alternatives on the rare miss: If we cannot hit the deadline, you get a call with back-up options, such as an alternate driver, adjusted route, or revised handover point.

Packaging and instructions, quick checklist

Packaging

• Use sturdy boxes, protect corners, avoid overhang on pallets.
• Seal seams with the H-tape method and remove old barcodes or labels.
• Label to and from, contact, and phone on at least two sides.
• For pallets, shrink-wrap tightly, band if needed, and keep height within your receiving site specification.

Instructions

• Exact pick-up and drop-off addresses with Eircode.
• Contact names and mobile numbers at both ends.
• Access details, door codes, loading bays, height restrictions, parking notes.
• Any special handling, fragile, orientation such as “this side up”, temperature, or paperwork.
