The Challenge

Olympus maintains a demo/loan fleet of its products which provides a vital support service to hospitals all over Ireland. Many of the products require specialist delivery vehicles, along with specially trained drivers. All items must be readily available for supply on a 24/7 basis and be instantly locatable at any time.

Our Solution

• 

  Securely stored fleet: WheelsWeDeliver provides Olympus with an exclusive caged area in our fulfilment centre, monitored by state-of-art CCTV and accessible 24/7 for any of their Technical Team.

• Managed inventory: A warehouse management system records records and tracks all movements of the Olympus stock items, providing an up-to-date record of the whereabouts of every piece at any given time. As well as this it provides additional valued services such as service expiry date management, all product identifiers (serial no., unique product key, set no.), etc.
• Product care: Upon arrival at the WheelsWeDeliver Fulfilment Centre all products are inspected and cleaned in preparation for their next outing. Any perceived issues are reported to the Olympus Technical Team. All items are wrapped for storage and transport to their next assignment.
