Challenge:
In alignment with Bank of Ireland’s purpose to enable their colleagues to thrive and as a result of COVID 19, Bank of Ireland immediately implemented a Working from Home policy for all of their colleagues in early 2020.
The Bank required a logistics partner who could ensure that all of the Bank’s employees could work successfully from home by ensuring that they were supplied with essential IT equipment on a day & time that suited their employees. They also required that any malfunctioning, obsolete or no longer required items would be collected or replaced. These items needed to be transported in a safe, secure and timely manner throughout Ireland & other international locations. The Bank also needed a logistics partner to provide timely & accurate MIS reports that included comprehensive details of all deliveries & collections.
Solution:
