One of the New York-based company’s main hubs is its EMEA headquarters in Dublin, with over 400 staff at the head office in Eastpoint Business Park.

The challenge

As a cutting-edge tech company, Verizon has a commitment to making sure staff communication is up-to-date on all platforms. Our client needed a full company-wide refresh of staff mobile phones, and trusted Wheels We Deliver to take control of the project.

After buying the new batch of phones, Verizon needed each handset to be delivered over a five-day period across many locations in Ireland. In addition to handling delivery of the new devices, Wheels also repackaged each staff member’s old phone and delivered it back to Verizon’s head office in Dublin.
