Customs require full and detailed product descriptions (samples/gift etc or any generic information will not be accepted). Quantity, truevalue, country of origin, HS code, Incoterm and you and your customers (for business clients) EORI number is mandatory.

Duties & Taxes:

You must advise if you wish for Wheels to pay any duties or taxes due on your behalf and we will select incoterms DTP (Delivered at Terminal Paid).  

If you wish for the receiver/consignee to pay for any duties or taxes due, you must select DAP (Delivered-at-Place) incoterms

It is the responsibility of you the client to provide the correct information for shipping. We have to be compliant so you must be compliant. Customs will be auditing and we will be held responsible for any penalties or fines.
